Annette:

Many thanks - rather exotic names for the girls!

Could you give me George's occupation?

Sorry - he was a Farm Labourer - address looks like 'Lower Leese'.   Handwriting is very fancy and makes it hard to decipher some words.

I think I can add other children to the list from the 1871 census.  Catherine, 24; Job 16 (my great-grandfather); Jesse 8; and a grandson, Arthur (Catherine and David Dray, from other research).

Also wanted to add that Diana appears as "Dinah" sometimes on Family Search, and "Babette" may be Rosetta.

Hi:

I was looking at Lydia to complete my Wilson tree, so a very tentative connection on my part. Lydia Back (nee Wilson) was the daughter of Henry Wilson and Dinah Butler. Lydia’s brother John Wilson married Sarah Ann Mills and their daughter Lucy Elizabeth Wilson married John Ward.

John Ward is the brother of my great grandmother Ann Frances Ward. So as I said long distance connection.

I can certainly send you a Wilson tree if you want to message me.
