There is a Patrick Burke arrrived in 1858 on  the Edwin Fox he was 26 years old sentenced to 10 years in 1852 for stealing

yes the patrick richard burke arriving on the edwin fow is the one i am trying to trace and i was wondering what that meant left Per Hestree so that means that he lfet the country or maybe just the state as he next appears in victoria in 1888 marrying a janet rankin which i just got information for on this site and it looks like she died within two years of her marriage then he returns to western australia and marrying a catherine in busselton

if patrick was sentanced in westminster england does this mean that he is from london? trying to find out his place of birth and parents?

Well  not necessarily  he could have been  born  anywhere but he was tried at Westminster.

Do  you  have anything on  him  at all  ?

not prior to his conviction know that he married a catherine donney or donaghue in busselton western australia in 1867 and had a daughter ellen burke she was born in bunbury western aust. who then married thomas sanders but when i dont know, i think they must have married in Victoria aust.i have ellen and thomas with a stepson clarence sanders and 8 other childern
