Help for look up please - McDANIEL(S)

Good Evening peeps

I am trying to find the parents of my hubby's g g g grandfather i have been looking for 2 days now and can't find a thing so if anyone out there can give me a little help i would be most greatfull
his GGG grandfathers name was John Mcdaniels ( on some censuses its mcdaniel ) he was born in chatham kent
in 1811 and died 1847.

Two whole days!?     How do you know he was born in Chatham?     He died before 1851 which is the first census that gives places of birth.  The 1841 simply says whether born in county or not.  Have you got the death certificate?    Who was the informant?   Witnesses at the marriage?
Give us as much information as you have as every scrap helps.

Sorry i got that bit wrong it was his son that was born in Chatham sorry

all i have is
John Mcdaniels/Mcdaniel
Born 1811
married to Ester ?
Died in Greenwich 1847

Is he the one married to "Ester" and living in Charlton next Woolwich in 1841.  Boot Maker?   3 kids?   If so, and I am just guessing here as he seems to be the only one in Kent, then he was not born in Kent as there is an N for NO in that column.   You also need to bear in mind that ages were rounded down to the nearest 5 in 1841 so he could be older than 30.  By 1851 Esther is still in Woolwich but widowed.  She is from Harley Gloucestershire.

The next step back is to look for the marriage.  What was Ester's maiden name?
