I have a 1.1% relative whose  Breenagh ancestor was Francis Doherty born 1858. Parents Anthony and Grace nee Galagher. There are Anthony and Grace Doherty both c 1818 from Craghy. The townland next door. The witness to Grace Doherty of Craghy's death in 1873 was Michael Doherty of Breenagh. Sounds like a link to Piesang's family. Pity she has gone off line.

Craghy townland in Conwal Civil Parish with Breenagh adjoining it to the east. Both are west of the town of Letterkenny. (See reply #1)
