If you email or phone Suffolk Record Office and tell them the date and place, they will probably look it up for you. It may tell you what parish they were from, if not Bury and whether widow/widower. The witnesses names may be useful. Very often couples went to the nearest big town from the outlying villages to get wed.

Where did you get Marthas maiden name from, was it the childrens baptisms?

Yes it was from William Lambert's christening 02/02/1807. It quotes his mother as Martha Lambert 'late Whitehead spinster' ?

If correct marraige then perhaps Martha married mr Wright before William Lambert snr?
