I could not find a notice for William Potts died 7 Jul 1915 within 10 days of this date most noticeswould have been placed within 4 or 5 days of death unless he is a WW1 casualty.
For the Harbottles you would need a date of death or burial to work from as each year of Evening Chronicle at this time occupies 3 or 4 microfilms. If they were from Tynemouth it might be better to see if anyone can find them in the burial registers for the Tynemouth cemetery.
Regards
Grant
