 Census should show him living in Wantage, maybe with his son.

  HO107 / 1689 / 142 / 7

 There is no Charlotte with him so i have checked Wantage PRs and found this

 Checked marriages on a......y incase Adam did remarry and found a possibility in Abingdon

Yes I guess that could be him that remarried. He was a wheelwright too.

Cant find Adam on 1861.  On 1871 census he is  marked as widower boarding with his daughter Mary ann

I can't see David in the on-line 1841,  but I have some transcripts from OFHS and in those he is showing up in Blewbury - the household looks like this
