Alexander - Scotland to Canada

I am trying to locate my Great Uncle Robert Alexander, who emigrated to Toronto around 1945 ish, he married Lucy. Great Aunty Elizabeth (Betty, Lizzie). She married an Alf Thom(p)son and lived in Thorsby, Edmonton, Alberta.I have managed to find information on their siblings but unfortunately can't find any info about them since they emigrated to Canada.

Robert would visit my Gran (his sister) in Craigmillar, Edinburgh. he and Lucy had 3 children I can vaguely recall.

Elizabeth and Alf had one son.

I believe that Robert and Elizabeth are now dead, but hoping that someone may have some info that can help.

What I know so far
They were the children of William John Alexander (1876 - 1937) and Sarah Clarke (1883-1946).

Robert (Bobby) was born around 1922 in Lanarkshire

Elizabeth was born around 1916 in Lanarkshire.

Their siblings

William, James, Jean, Sarah (my Grandmother), Susan, George, Stanley (died at 17 yrs old), Agnes (Nessie)
