1901 census help please
« on: Tuesday 07 October 08 14:27 BST (UK) »
Samuel Preston born Walsall Staffs in 1881 (correct year from b.c.) parents Robert and Sarah Ann

I have looked for this guy till I'm blue in the face but cannot spot him in the 1901 census, he was
married 1 month after the census was taken, found his future wife visiting relatives, but he is nowhere
to be found, at least by me  ???

Anyone got the time to have a quick look for me , need another pair of eyes !! :-\

Many thanks
Iris.

HI Iris

Do you have Samuel marriage cert?

If so have you checked his address of residence at time of marriage since there was, from what you say only a month between that and the census maybe he will be there.

I picked up on had a green grocers shop in the same area, it cannot have been his father in laws as he was down as a coal dealer.
