Hugh Wallis IGI WARNING VIRUS - Fixed

I am not the only one who is being told there are viruses on a couple of other message boards where I have put this warning other people have put that they are getting the same. I was advised to put the files into the virus vault which I have done.

**Just having a look, and if you go through the URL which ends in ~hughwallis/ then there is some decidedly dodgy looking scripting right at the end of the page source, but if you add IGIBatchNumbers.htm after that, then there isn't! **

maybe thats why I'm not getting the warning, I use a link from my favourites which is not the home page

i was getting a virus warning a few weeks back whilst on the site, it down at the moment carnt get on

I assume there actually was a problem which is why it's been taken down. Not for long I hope, as it is so useful. Thanks  to Hugh for all his work.

Phew thought it was me as I tried HW just now and found it down.

I always get a warning from Bullguard if they have blocked something, which  is what it is there for.

Some sites are worse than others, but at least I know that it is working!

Yep.  I'm getting a Rootsweb page coming up saying that the site can't be found - may have moved etc.

Do you think they're trying to sort it out or do you think that someone (freepages or Hugh Wallis) has moved it elsewhere?  If anyone finds it and it's in safe and complete working order, please let us know.

I have found that Hugh Wallis also is the OPC for Stoke Demeral ,Devon.

I sent him a message giving this link to see if he could let us know what is happening..
