Help to get detail on photo

Hi

I have posted this photo in military, but have been requested to get hi-res detail of collar and right arm insignia.  Can anyone help

Hi there
What they mean is can you rescan the area  at a higher resolution as this is only 200 dpi (dots per inch) and needs to be much higher to get any detail.  Between 300-600 dpi should do.

Hi

Have re-scanned the picture, hopefully at higher res., but not very good with this sort of thing.  Is this photo any better?  Can anyone help with detail on collar and arm?
