The date of his death could explain a lot of things for me. Like why he was not at George Shaw's wedding. I am not sure when James Jr. married. I know on his death info. in 1862 his wife was Eliza Shaw and I think I found something on Find My Past for that, like he married in 1834 ish in Ireland. I have George Shaw's wedding certificate and none of the Rutherford's are listed. His father isn't even listed, not even as deceased. Can you tell that I am obsessed in finding out this information? I have been looking on and off for 3 years and really got serious about a year ago. You have been the biggest help since I immigrated to Ireland from England!!!!
