can any one help, i am trying to trace the names of my grandfather, arthur thomas perrin, born about 1881, from ,east molesey surrey or esher surrey, he was married to a georgiana orvis

If you search 1871 census for PERRIN (without any forename) and keyword 'Molesey' you get on RG10/864 folio 77b and living in Bell Road East Molesey
William Perrin Head Mar 48 Gardener born in Molesey
Mary Perrin wife Mar 48       ) the birthplace for these 3 is
Sarah Perrin dau 10 scholar)indistinct but could be London
William Perrin son 5 scholar)

and you get on RG10/864 folio 64a living in Creek Road (a Hotel) East Molesey
Elizabeth Perrin* serv age 19 kitchen maid born Molesey
The household is headed by a licensed victualler named Fuller who has a lodger named William Charles Reede (in fact the name looks like Reele) mar age 42 gentleman of London Middlesex. The name Reeds (and licensed victuallers) crops up in your messages. Is this a coincidence? Was William Charles Reede really a gentleman?

* The IGI shows that a Elizabeth Perrin was christened at East Molesey on 4/5/1851 and her parents were William Perrin and Mary

At RG10/864 folio 58a page 31 living in Hurst Road, East Molesey is Sarah Perrin lodger widow age 77 born Surrey living with a family named Heather.

If you repeat this process with 1881 census you can follow the Perrins in Bell Road still but by 1891 Mary Perrin is a widow

the info i have on my grandparent are arthur thomas perrin was my grandfathers name he lived in west molesesey surrey and was married to georgiana perrin, neeorvis i do know greatgrandfather perrin had a pub in walton on thames but that is allinfo on my familymy father was called percy,born 12-7-1911 thanks barbara

One of my Perrin Ancestors, Hannah, (mother was Sarah) married a George Heather at Kingston, in 1858. This may tie in with Clincher's info.
