Repair and possibly colour Mum please

I have tried previously to repair this myself but made a botch of it.  It would be lovely if it could be coloured as well

WOW - that looks so different.  You even got the right colour lipstick and eyes.

Knowing my mum - I think her top would have been more of a pastel blue or pink.  She only ever wore pale colours.  Would it be possible to try a pastel shade if it's not too much trouble?
