Yes, Frances Eileen Clare was the first child, Birth Cert. shows born in Hammersmith, London on the 23/04/1921..
I have Frances's marriage certificate, married in London 29/11/1952, aged 31.
Parents Violet Mary Clare, formerly Hamblin, living in 11 Ernest St., Kensington, London.
Strange as in the 20's they had a small shop in Dublin.
Mary Violet Clare (nee Hamblin) and James Clare had other children: -
James Clare 9 September 1923, born Dublin; Patrick Clare 18 August 1925, born Dublin; Mary Clare 21 December 1926, born Dublin; George Clare 12 May 1928, born Dublin; John Clare 8 June 1933, born Dublin.

Weyhey I think I might have got her - using your Bedfordshire connection and the Kensington link I've found this family in 1901

I cannot see a Pancras birth for young Violet but there is this young lady
Violet Mary Allen born Pancras district Oct qtr 1892 Vol1b Pg 99 - maybe born before Beatrice married Harry? And a lot of other Pancras born Violet Mary Need to find the Beatrice Harry marriage

Janan, appreciate your help, though i'm confused as the info you've kindly given shows a Violet do Daur  . Is there a way to prove this is the family?
I know that Mary Violet (Violet Mary) Clare (nee Hamblin) wife to James Clare both lived at 11 Ernest St., Kensington, London, as this is stated on their first childs birth cert. Frances Clare. James Clare is shown as a Briar () Pipe Polisher (journeyman).
Maybe i might be better applying £££ for Mary & James's death certificate in England. Then enquire at a register office about Mary's birth?
I've applied for Birth Cert. for James in Eire. I'll apply to see if they got married in Eire.
Any further suggestions welcome & i'll keep you posted.

Sorry to confuse I never finished posting as my internet connection (and my post wor brain ) suddenly died. Haven't proved anything yet except have a  Violet Hamblin (do is ditto) of right age in Kensington in 1901 where she was in 1921 and a mother born in Bedfordshire. More burrowing needed.

I can see the birth registrations for Horace and Leonard as Hamblin in Fulham and think I can see Harry as Henry  but can't find Violet at moment. My thinking is that she may have been registered under Beatrice's maiden-name which is why a wanted to find the Beatrice/Henry marriage no joy at moment.

You may well be true about the Mary you found. 
The name Harry rings a bell, but this was when i was a young lad. I've applied this morning from Hammersmith Register Office for Mary and James's Death Certificates. I'll keep you posted, thanks

I have to admit defeat at moment in finding the marriage of Beatrice to Henry or birth of the Violet I found, but think the family are well worth holding on file especially as Harry is ringing faint bells

Hope the death certificates yield something.

Lynda, thanks for that. It's looking like i'm going to have to do some homework first and get some certificates (£££€€€€ ) sent to me. I've started with Mary Clare's (nee Hamblin) death cert.; her husband James Clare's and also James's birth cert from Dublin. Once i have these it should give me some more details. Thanks
