Alex Buge (Budge) and Margaret Dearen

Alex and Margaret were married 1763 in Latheron. I am struggling to find anything on either of their parents. I have a daughter Eliz. born 1769 but no other children. Can anyone help me?

Can't help you with parents too much but maybe some clues.....

You've probably looked before but just in case, these are all the children born / baptised to Alexander Budge's in Caithness 1760 to 1798. (Using Soundex threw up a few more but nothing likely)  I've shown the mother where known, otherwise not stated (source .. SP) .....

Phew! My system crashed twice earlier and I was shi worried it would happen again as I was typing this.

I haven't checked IGI.

I've also assumed you've checked deaths in case Alex or Margaret survived after 1855, however unlikely.

Has anyone got MI's?

have checked MI,s, no luck. We have the right Elizabeth. Will have a look at the names you sent and see what I can turn up.
