1911 and then 1901 census will eventually be online (free) on National Archives, Dublin site and if she was living in Ireland she should be listed in both of those.

In the meantime here's a possibility:
Sausannah Hurl born 21 Feb.1874 Magherafelt district. Parents Joseph Hurl & Mary Jane Mills.

IGI (www.familysearch.org) also lists other children of Joseph and Mary Jane:
1. daughter born 20 Apr.1864 Magherafelt district
2. Robert born 14 Jan.1866 Magherafelt district
3. James born 21 Feb.1870 Co.Londonderry
4. Annie Mary born 12 June 1877 Caraloon
5. Caroline born 26 Aug.1879 Caraloon

And from Will Extracts on PRONI website (www.proni.gov.uk):
-Samuel Hurl died 12 Feb.1896 Caraloon (labourer)
-Thomas Hurl died 9 Apr.1904 Caraloon (farmer)- probate  to Richard Hurl (farmer)
-Daniel Hurl died 2 July 1909 Caraloon (farmer)- probate to Uriah Hurl (farmer)
