I would agree with Genechaser- Middlesex Regiment. Looks like he still has his bayonet attached to his belt as well.

Now all I need to know is WHO is he?  8)

He most probably is one of 8 brothers called Brown.

Or he might just be one of their friends......or the boyfriend or hubby of the one sister.

He'll go on the back burner for now I think.
