Portland Prison Medical Officers 1869/70

Can anyone tell me please the name of the Medical Officers at Portland Prison in 1869/70 please?

I know that there was a William Haughton who was Medical Officer and a Mr Lowdell was Assistant Surgeon both in 1865.
A Dr Edgar Shaw Blaker was Medical Officer in 1871.

Does anyone know the changeover date please? Or was there someone else between 1865 and 1871?

I posted this a few years ago.

At the time I asked for the medical officers in Portland Prison in 1869/70. Sadly no one seemed to know any more than I did!

However with further information I can now narrow down an approximate year a bit earlier.

1   Can anyone tell me please the names of the medical officers at Portland during the year 1867?
2.  Also when did Dr Edgar Shaw Blaker begin his duties, I know he was there in 1871 from census records.
