John ELLIS and Agness YOULDEN of Malborough Devon England
« on: Saturday 27 December 08 22:25 GMT (UK) »
I am researching the ancestors of John and Agnes (Youlden) Ellis who lived in Malborough, Devon, England.  My husband, Ronald, is a great-grandson of John and Agnes.  My husband's father was Alfred Ellis and Ann (Marko).  My husband's grandparents were Alfred Ellis and Amelia Peters Ellis who lived in St. Ives, Cornwall, England.

The wedding photograph shows John Ellis standing on the left.  We believe it was for the wedding of his son, John Henry Ellis.

Thank you.

Thank you, Sue, for the information.  I will check against my charts to see if I have all of the information.  I am hoping that my post is seen by someone who is in some way directly connected to this family.  John Ellis had several siblings, most of which I know little to nothing about.

I am not sure if Agnes' maiden name was Youlton or Youlden as I have seen it spelled both ways.  Another mystery!

Thank you again so much for replying.
