or redoing it from scratch. I have found many of my people there.

they have been included - but many of those only have years - so  gradually we are checking and adding those bits.

Portsmouth was also a port - so maybe they were there for a while.  Which period in particular is your marriage likely to be ?

first (recorded) child 1813 ..... some kids have middle name 'Bloye', and baptisms have mothers name Julia ....

John Laird says he was born 1778 .... he was a tailor on some directories and conveyances, then a postman in his twilight years .... theres other Lynn born Lairds of that vintage, sired by a John and Elisabeth ...
