Sorry everyone, I have just changed my name from williamhamilton to hammann.  I didn't want to cause confusion.

Hi, I am Michelle Hamilton, the youngest Grandaughter of William Hamilton and Margaret Robertson Patterson.  My father, William Hamilton, is their eldest child.   I am new to this...can lemon mallie tell me how she is related.  Sicknote sounds like we're 2nd cousins.  I know this is an old chat but would like know more. Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to RootsChat,

It looks as if lemon-maille was trying to help with the research for the original poster but hasn't been online since February 2019

Sandra, thank you.  I know it was a long shot with Lemon Mille.  If I am not mistaken you helped another member by the user name "Buffalo Bill" who was also looking for William HAMILTON b. 12-29-1918.  William is my father.   This was in July of this year (July 2020).  Because of the recent date, Im hoping to get Bullalo Bill to respond.  You provided him great info, thank you.  Im new to Rootschat so still maneuvering the site.  Not sure if theres another way to reach out to him. From what I read he may be a close relative of mine.  Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you Sandra.

This must be the one you mean - sadly this poster has not been back on the site since August 2019.
If by chance his notifications are still turned on, he will get an email telling him you posted a message for him.  Fingers crossed.
