Hi

I have a reasonable knowledge of Plymouth burials. Enouhg to tell you that in 1939 no burials took place in either Stoke Damerel or Milehouse. Both were lon-since closed.

the most likely is Weston Mill cemetary, or possibly Ford Park. I believe both will do look-ups for a reasonable fee.

I'd start with weston mill if I were you.

Cheers - Michael.
