Census Availability

Hi

This has probably been asked lots of times but could someone please tell me if the 1861 and 1871 Census is available for Devon.

I am trying to trace my mother's family and want to determine when her grandfather came to Australia. I am hoping he was still around the Plymouth Devon area until he emigrated.

They are available through www.gould.com.au an Australian web site.
