my sterne's end up in dublin, via a few counties by the look of.

Thomas Sterne + Elizabeth Tackerberry      Thomas B.1860 possibly baptised Co Cavan think born Co Carlow D. 1936
Elizabeth died 1926

children found so far

Richard married to Mable Claridge married Carlow jul-sep1929 vol 3 page 275 (richard born in Waterford)
there children Elizabeth E (*) and Richard T born (*)  there may be more?

Thomas Sterne born 1890 died 1961 married Harriett Taylor born 1893 died 1950 (dublin) (my grandparents)
they married 1920 dublin south apr-jun

the rest to present is easy its the going back
they seem to keep jumping around ireland.

has anyone any thoughts on what path i should take next?

i have been stuck here for a few years now.

I'm not sure if you'll get this, but Harriet Taylor & Thomas Sterne were the parents of my grandmother, Ethel Sterne.

I'd be so interested to see how far you've been able to trace. I'm coming up a little short in a few areas.
