I am interested in anything you know about the family. I have been told that my grandmother was a Skinner (of Skinner's Bottom who married a Prior/Pryor (I don't know the correct spelling).

Thank you so much for this

The names you have posted are so close to our family the certainly must be related.I know the names as grandmother told me the names of her family.
William Pryor married Sarah Skinner
their children were
William         born  1885
Jane
Lucy             born 1888
Elizabeth            1887
Gladys                1900
Jack
Mary            born  5 April 1889
Gladys         born 1900
Evelyn

I am trying to go backwards as I would love to know more about the family, but also as Mary left her family behind for love and with very little communication with them there must be family that still live in Cornwall so long term I would dearly love to make contact with any of them so I can fill in the pieces.
Mary married a William Bennetts who died in a mining accident before she meet a John Johns and they emigrated to New Zealand.

Once again thank you.

Would be nice if we are looking for the same family as I have always wanted to make contact with another member of the family. I can help out on my grandmothers side who was the daughter of William Pryor & Sarah Skinner of Skinners Bottom. Have some photos here of the whole family standing in the front of their house in Cornwall, also have an old photo of the Skinners Bottom Football team taken in 1914.
