Advice about 1780's and early 1790's records for Leeds, England
« on: Monday 16 February 09 14:39 GMT (UK) »
Thomas Guthrie moved to Hunslet, a near suburb of Leeds, Yorkshire, England in the 1780's or early 1790's. He married Hannah Bradford, Dec. 8, 1794  in the St. Peters Parish church, in Leeds. Thomas Guthrie's children were all baptised in the Salem Chapel, in Hunslet. The Dec. 8, 1794 record is the earliest record of Thomas Guthrie found to date. Is there a record which would tell where he moved from, or was born, so a search may be made for his baptism?
