Help deciphering Birth Index

I have done a screen print of a birth index for Elizabeth Sarah Binney, the actual qtr is Sep birth year is 1857, i am 99% sure she was born Plymouth Devon.

I was hoping someone can help me with the rest for me

Hi Bob and whom else,

I placed the wrong screen print (Goff) it should of been Elizabeth Binney. Elizabeth married into the Goff family

What i am after is can anyone help me decipher the district, Vol and page number for Elizabeth Sarah Binney.

Help will be so much appreciated
