Owens Family in NW Wales

I'm looking for a Richard Owens, born circa 1750/55 a cordwainer (bootmaker) who possibly originated from the Bangor area but moved to Liverpool where he married a Jane Perry 7/12/1777. There may well have been a family of Owens'  bootmakers in Bangor as I have found another Richard Owens also a bootmaker, born there c.1856 who also moved to Liverpool. Any leads appreciated.
