WW I Knockaloe Internment Camp
« on: Thursday 19 February 09 03:24 GMT (UK) »
I'm a beginner on this site.  My father was at Knockaloe from 1914 until 1917 or 1918.  I have some very well preserved photos taken of the men in the camp.  One photo shows my father dressed for a theatrical performance in woman's clothing and another shows his camp doing Pilates!  I would like to post these photos for those interested.  I also have my father's journal up to the time of his internment.

Thank you.

Marjee, Were you ever able to share the photos? I would be interested in knowing more about Joseph Pilates. Thanks.
