ss. Clan Lamont
« on: Sunday 22 February 09 15:43 GMT (UK) »
Hi All,

I have a postcard from the Clan Lomont from my grand father to his parents, dated 11th Jan 1947. Anyone know anything about this boat? or have relatives on it perhaps? Post card reads:

Here is a photo of the boat that i have returned on from Toulon to Wogland. I arrived in Port Said yesterday but didnt get off the boat until this morning. Had a good sea (unknown), the meditteranean was very calm.

Many Thanks

Adam

Thanks for that info Hugh. He was just a passenger on it.
