William Pote born c1807

I was just wondering if somebody could help me try and locate my William Pote who is listed as being born c1807 in Bristol, Somerset/Gloucestershire.

Im wondering what parish is the most likely that my ancestor would have been baptised in?

Any help would be fantastic.

From parish transcriptions there is this baptism:-

William Pote - 30th December 1806 at St James, Bristol
Son of John & Mary

It does look quite promising for my man.

I will have to double check to see that there are no more William Pote's that match that info.

John POTE married Mary HOWELL - 19 August 1805 Michinhampton, Glos.

Bans read July 28 and 11 - 1805 - with consent.......

witnesses: HOWELL and Elizabeth HOWELL

apparently he was a jeweller, master clock and watch maker as well as umbrella maker? .... wonder if there are any examples of his work to see...
