The reason I will post it here is because of the matching surname and place of birth area.
I understand any information is limited as it is a popular name.

Father : Thomas Higgins (Farmer) *
((Marriage Certificate Evidence))

Residence :
1911 • 26 Manor House, Humphrey Lane, Urmston, Lancashire, England
Marital Status: Single;
Relation to Head: Servant

So not in Kilmovee civil parish.

Also information from https://www.swilson.info/index.php
Poor Law Union: Swineford
Post town: Swineford
R.C. parish: Swineford, variant names Kilconduff; Meelick; Kilconduff & Meelick
S. Wilson's website has options to search for placenames, towns, townlands, civil parishes, R.C. parishes, C. of I. parishes, registration districts + more.

Registers for Swineford R.C. parish viewable on Catholic Parish Registers at National Library of Ireland website https://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0133
Has baptism registers 1875-1901 + incomplete runs of earlier registers; marriage registers 1808-1915.

I looked for a birth registration for Mary Higgins on Irish Genealogy.ie. The only one I found in Swineford registration district with Thomas as father was 1885, residence Culmore. Mother was Honor, maiden surname Callaghan. No births registered for Delia Higgins around 1886. Delia may have been a variant of another name. I didn't look for Higgins births registered with no first name in Swineford. https://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/

Was Mary Delia Higgins connected to any Higgins mentioned in replies 9 & 13 by Pat38 or reply 8 byflatley2bsure? If not, I suggest that you start a new thread for your Mary Higgins on the Mayo board to attract replies from people with Higgins ancestors. Higgins isn't in the title of this thread.
