Worthing Evacuees to Newark & Southwell

In Spring 1941 because of the invasion scare children from  Worthing schools were evacuated to Nottinghamshire. In particular the High (Grammar) schools - both boys & girls went to the Newark area (including Southwell.  Most were home again by Autumn.
Are there any records worth investigating?
