Upottery to Wales ?
« on: Thursday 12 March 09 19:11 GMT (UK) »
I do know that a few of the young Dobles of Upottery went to Wales to work in the mines before the 1900's and certainly during WW1

The trouble is that their names and approximate ages were, around that time, the same and even looking at the census gives me very little idea.

Trying to connect these individuals made my head whirl.

Is there anyone out there that may have an idea.
The names - Thomas, Francis Walter aka John Charles.  :)
Doble.  North. Garrish. Jewell. Gillard.
Vincent.  Spiller. Collings. Board.
Harris. Manfield. Manning. Salter. Eveleigh.
Strawbridge. Matthews. Sweetland.
Devon. NZ. Australia.
