deciphering a surname

I'm trying to read the surname of the wife in this marriage certificate. I'm particularly confused by the first letter as it seems to be different in Sarah's name and her father's name (or is that just the image?). I thought initially hers began with an F but that doesn't fit with the F in Fairfax. Any help would be really gratefully received.

It looks like Stafford to me.

Yes he's Robert Fairfax Stafford but I'm unsure about Sarah and her father's surname.

Can you make it a tad smaller so that both appear on-screen at the same time?

Hello, the www.freebmd index indicates it should be Sarah FURSMAN and that they married in Shoreditch dist in June Qtr 1849.   Is that the time frame???  Pat
