I think you forgot
1) Resizing and cropping your image file:

try this one 

Right click on the image and under properties you can get the address:

Posting images is not allowed on the look-up boards, the facility is disabled.

You can post them elsewhere, e.g. the Common Room, and post a link on your thread.
