I did have other Family who worked in the mines and my Great Uncle Jerry still involved in one way or another.
Just no one to actual ask history but I plan to go to Huntly and check out any records they hold

When I arrived home I went looking for the Huntly Mining museum site. Easier for me to view a computer screen, than my phone. I did not supply a link because they apparently have just shifted location to a building in Huntly, and are yet to unpack exhibits for display, and reestablish their archived heritage material. But their volunteers are happy to receive requests, and will advise how they are able to help. Therefore before a planned visit, I suggest you search out their latest news as to where they are at, via their web site, or social media pages.
