Cronehills school West Bromwich

Hi , Has anyone got a Photo of Cronehills . Later named West Bromwich Technical High School
The school  has been demolished and I would love a photo to put in my family tree  I attended in the 60's have got my primary school but Cronehills is a missing link. Any help would be appreciated Ta

Cronehills School has not been demolished yet! All but one of the houses in Hardware Street have been boarded up, the only one occupied is next to NS-Garage, who are still trading. The BP petrol station has gone, the health centre, and the church. I was around that area a few weeks ago taking photographs. My father, his brothers and sisters, and my partners mother attended that school, hence the interest. I will sort through the images and post a couple.

Hi Chris,
             here's a couple for you taken today, would have taken more but my battery went dead.

next time i'm passing i'll make sure my battery is fully charged and take a few more, i can't believe how it's changed round there, i was based at the top end of the high street for years and used to fill up at the BP station.

Hi Tony ,many thanks for photo's really great of you to do this for me . I have an a soft spot for Villa and the Blues  just hope you are not a Dingle supporter.

Thank you soooo much for Photo's  even one of Hardware street entrance !!!!  Brings back so many Happy memories. not so much the school but of Friendships founded , Will have to forward them on to school friends I am still in touch with . Once again  thank you so very much.

Hi Chris,   forgot to say welcome in my earlier post  

I don't live too far away from "Baggie" land and have even been known to visit the Hawthorns on more than one occasion (under severe duress   )
I've got a soft spot for the Blues    (soft in the head i think, supported them through thick and thin -mostly thin- for about 30 years )
