What time frame and county are we looking at?

The clip is from the war record of

William Foxall  he married Emma Watson 20th May 1911 at Oldham Registry office.

Fred Watson and Elizabeth ?? are her parents

Does her marriage cert give her mother's maiden name

I havent got the marriage certificate, this is off the the army records of William.

William is a minor relation..Im just filling in gaps whilst i have come to a standstill on my direct ancestors

Well that's good news because I was running out of places to look for the marriage
