Can anyone make out the first two causes of death on the certificate below?

The third one is "intestinal obstruction" I think.

The first one is cyst - maybe ovarian?

Top line, second word is Cyst. Not sure about the first word - Ovarian?

Chronic Salpingitis - inflamation of the fallopian tubes.

and definitely Ovarian.
