According to earlier post in this thread, George (born c1882) was son of James Rountree & Mary Ann Orr.  This looks like the same George (age 18) in 1901- mother Mary Ann is a widow-

Hi I have just read your post. My grandfather was robert browne. He served in the royal fusiliers in ww1. We dont know much about his background. I wonder has this any connection to your post. Thanks  danny
