Family search is working O.K in Cheshire.I don't think you should mess with your computer its not the computers problem. By the sound of it Its an outside one a, little hitch on the wavelengths ;D in certain counties ;)

Would be interesting to see if it is an Orange problem. But why just this one page as far as I am concerned

Tried it with IE and Firefox and neither work - BUT  - I'm with Orange as well, which seems to be the link here  :-\
