Is there an ATTERCOP in the Attic?
« on: Thursday 23 April 09 21:39 BST (UK) »
I'm curious to know if the word attercop is still used for a spider in the North of England/South of Scotland. I found it in a dictionary published in 1896.

Can anyone please enlighten me on the subject?

(Thanks for the tip, IgorStrav :))
