1861 Shropshire Census look up please

Hi

I would be very greatful if somebody could look up my great grandad his name is RICHARD HALL and I believe he was born in or around the town of WEM in shropshire in 1858 making him 3 or 4 years of age in 1861 census.

Any help would be appreciated as I seem to have hit a brickwall now.
