I'm transcribing a letter from a distant cousin with very bad handwriting - (the letter is from the 1930s). In the letter she is giving some family history details (landholdings in Scotland - Edinburgh area I assume) - but I don't know if she is refering to towns, villages, or family estates. Below is an excerpt of her letter - I know some of the spellings aren't accurate, but maybe someone will recognize the names (or what they should be). The names in question are italicized. Thank you!

dispising of Lands of Dressilriy, Sorndy jail +
Braxenford. obtained by him from his brother-in-
law, 7th Baron (Toiphicer) with consensus by his
mother in law Christina Primrose, who was
who was, her father, heiress (as onl daughter) James
Primrose, brother of Lord Dalineny. 1704 dab
of Transfer. D.A.A. divided this property
into 4 shares for his children-

when David M. her son, was served heir – but by
an arrangement this share went to D Adam Turnbull
husband of her daughter – Susan (Bayne).
The remaining ¾ joined to D Mitchell + Andrew
Berry who had seisen thereof as heirs of
their uncle (James A. Jamaicu) + Janet A.
