This photo seems to be a little faded, can it be restored or colored

as Xinia mentioned its very pixelated,

Do you have the original? If so please could you rescan it at 300dpi and select best/good quality (no compression) and repost it., we are allowed up to 500MB on this board.   It may need resizing after you save it, you can do this in paint or Irfanview (free graphics software). Best not to try and resize in the scanning software as it tends to compress the photo again making it very pixelated

It is worth rescanning, as anything you get from this copy will not print very well.

Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

Hi

On my laptop with a touch pad  and only PSP 7 so am limited with what I can do. 

I've enlarged it and done some smoothing out of the pixels , etc.

Here's a toned one.
