I think the man you found in the Red Cross Records can not be the right one,
because he was far to young and I' don't think that the right one was a soldier.
But perhaps one of the two Rudolph Bischoff in the Red Cross Records of
Civilian internees is the right one (one age 38 is to young, the other age 49).
Bischoff Rudolph, age 49, 44 Lathan Street, Liverpool, birthplace Berlin
place of internment: Stbs. (This could be Stobs Camp in Hawick, Scotland)
