Hi Dmm....This is the best I could do without making it up ::)...Sorry It's not very good but with such a low res. scan it's difficult to bring out the detail...I think the lady third left has a child on her lap?

I think there is a child as well but all detail is lost. :'( :'(

thanks for the efort, I knew it was almost impossible to restore it completely.
I also think that the woman has a child her lap.
