Hi Dmm....This is the best I could do without making it up ...Sorry It's not very good but with such a low res. scan it's difficult to bring out the detail...I think the lady third left has a child on her lap?

Nice one Carol.  I am happy to see you also put a basket on the floor with the third lady as that means I don't have to change mine 

I think there is a child as well but all detail is lost.

thanks for the efort, I knew it was almost impossible to restore it completely.
I also think that the woman has a child her lap.
