Goldington and Southill
« on: Friday 25 February 05 08:53 GMT (UK) »
The IGI lists the births of;
Hugh TWITCHAM in 1578 at Goldington
John TWYTCHAM in 1581 at Goldington and
Ann TWYCKHAM in 1590 at Southill (father Anthony).
I just know from frustrating experience that these people are all part of the 'TWITCHIN' tribe.
All possible help would be appreciated.

Hi Joboy

The entry in Southill is the only Twyckham or other spelling variation in the whole of the parish register up to 1812.

Likewise the National Burial Index shows no burials at all in Bedfordshire for any of the spelling variations.

Sorry. all negative I'm afraid.

Good luck

David
